MARKETING I (10-12)
This is a one-year course that provides a foundation of economic and marketing concepts. Marketing students will involve themselves in many planned marketing activities (possible involvement in DECA or FBLA Clubs), resulting in their ability to think critically and creatively while communicating with great proficiency. Students will be required to work in the school store, presenting group projects and demonstrating proficiency in marketing concepts. Students will successfully complete a section of the DECA test with no less than a score of 80%. A major focus is to prepare students for the world of work with proper education and career assistance. This course is a prerequisite for Marketing II. (1 Credit)
