{754} CADD I/INTRODUCTION TO TECHNICAL DRAWING (10-12)

 

 This course is designed for the student with an interest in the design communication field. This course will focus on proper technical drawing techniques and how they are applied to today’s industry standards. The student will be exposed to a variety of skills ranging from blueprint reading to computer aided design software concepts. (1 Credit)

   

{755} CADD II—CADD SYSTEMS (11-12)

 

This course is offered to students who have successfully completed the coursework in Introduction to Technical Drawing. In this course students will be exposed to different software packages that are designed for specific areas of drafting. Architectural designing will be one of the focuses of this course. Solid modeling will be the other main feature.

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE: CADD I (1 Credit) 40

   

{756} CADD III (11-12)

 

 This course is offered for the student who has completed CADD I and CADD II and has a desire for further knowledge of the CADD software packages. The student will choose mechanical or architectural design and then create a portfolio of their designs using that software.

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE: CADD I & II (1 Credit)
