{415} ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE (11-12) This course is for students intending to take an introductory level environmental science course incorporating both laboratory and actual fieldwork. Environmental science is an applied science incorporating the disciplines of Physical science, Life science, and Earth Science. The human and political issues surrounding environmental topics will be explored. The course content is aligned with selected Rhode Island Grade Span Expectations for Physical Science and Earth & Space Science. RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITES: Physical Science, Biology, and Chemistry (1 Credit)
