Smithfield (401) 766-2500* - Rte 146 North - left lane under "Worcester North" sign - Take 1st exit "Woonsocket Rte 104" Note: there is no exit number - At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Greenville Road - Jr/Sr High School is approximately two miles on the left at intersection of Rte 104 & Rte 5 *2214 Providence Pike, N. Smithfield (401) 765-2260* - Follow same directions as above - Turn left at the intersection of Rte 104 & Rte 5 (1st traffic light) - Continue on Providence Pike for approximately 2 miles - Note: Look for NSES School sign on your left - wide driveway (you will not see the school - it is set back at a distance) *358 Great Road, Slatersville (401) 762-2793* - Rte 146 North - left lane under "Worcester North" sign - Several exits down take exit (no number) Forestdale - Rte 102 - At end of exit ramp, turn right - At traffic light, turn left onto Rte 102/Victory Highway - Turn left at traffic light onto Halliwell School driveway (approx. 1-1/2 miles) 83 Greene Street, Slatersville (401) 769-5492 - Follow same directions as for Halliwell School - Greene Street is on left immediately after the traffic light located at entrance to Halliwell School - Kendall Dean will be on your left
