Anyone suspecting a child may present with a disability may submit a referral to the child's building principal.  All referrals will be answered by the Evaluation Team to consider the need for formal assessments to determine eligibility.  Students suspected of either a Specific Learning Disability and/or Other Health Impairment may go through the Response to Intervention (RtI) process.
